By sending the deposit, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions:
• THE CONTRACT
The booking becomes effective from the date that the host receives the deposit. This deposit is non-refundable.
• CANCELLATION BY THE GUEST
If the cancellation is made ten weeks or more before the holiday start date, just the deposit will be retained. If the cancellation is between ten weeks and the arranged arrival time, the host retains the right to keep both deposit and balance. In the case of an early departure, the pre-arranged price remains the same.
• CANCELLATION BY THE HOST
In the event of cancellation by the host, all payments will be refunded straight away. Cancellation by the host would take place under the most drastic of circumstances.
• LENGTH OF STAY
The booking has agreed pre-defined dates of arrival and departure. The guest agrees to arrive at 4pm and leave at 10am on the stated dates.
• PAYMENT OF THE REMAINING BALANCE
The balance of the rental must be paid 10 weeks in advance of the holiday start date.
• DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A damage deposit of £500 must be paid 10 weeks in advance of the holiday start date. This is to cover any breakages and damage caused during the stay and if the house is not left thoroughly clean. This deposit will be returned on the Monday after the stay.
• CONDITION OF THE HOUSE AT THE END OF STAY
The house should be left as it was found – clean and tidy and ready for the next people. We offer a post-departure cleaning service if guests prefer.
