HOW TO CONFIRM AND PAY
Once we have received your booking request, we can hold your dates for 5 days. The booking will be confirmed on receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total rental due.

Payments can be made by bank transfer or by cheque. We will send you the bank details by email or you can send a cheque to David Burrows, Maison de Beauport, 48 Rue de Beauport, 22500 Paimpol, France.

The balance plus a breakages deposit of 700 euro (+ any extra for events) are due 10 weeks in advance of holiday start date.

Number in party and names of all guests should be supplied at the time of booking.

By sending the deposit, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the contract:

• THE CONTRACT
The booking becomes effective from the date that the host receives the deposit. This deposit is non-refundable.
• CANCELLATION BY THE GUEST
If the cancellation is made ten weeks or more before the holiday start date, just the deposit will be retained. If the cancellation is between ten weeks and the arranged arrival time, the host retains the right to keep both deposit and balance. In the case of an early departure, the pre-arranged price remains the same.
• CANCELLATION BY THE HOST
In the event of cancellation by the host, all payments will be refunded straight away. Cancellation by the host would take place under the most drastic of circumstances.
• LENGTH OF STAY
The booking has agreed pre-defined dates of arrival and departure. The guest agrees to arrive at 4pm and leave at 10am on the stated dates.
• PAYMENT OF THE REMAINING BALANCE
The balance of the rental must be paid 10 weeks in advance of the holiday start date.
• EVENTS
Any event which involves invitees other than the guests staying at the house must be cleared with the host in advance.
• DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A damage deposit of 700 euros must be paid 10 weeks in advance of the holiday start date. This is to cover any breakages and damage caused during the stay and if the house is not left thoroughly clean.  This is returnable 48 hours after departure.
• DAMAGE DEPOSIT – EVENTS
In the case of guests coming for drinks/dinner/an event over the 14 maximum, there will be an additional 100 euros per person, returnable at the same time as the main deposit.
• CONDITION OF THE HOUSE AT THE END OF STAY
The house should be left as it was found – clean and tidy and ready for the next people. We offer a post-departure cleaning service if guests prefer.
• PHOTOSHOOTS AND FILMING
Any photoshoot or filming must be cleared with the host in advance. An additional returnable breakages deposit may need to be negotiated.
